By ordering from my shop you agree to these terms.
All orders are shipped out via USPS Ground Advantage/USPS International
Parcel Post by default, however upgraded shipping options and insurance
are available. Orders take 1-2 weeks to make, 1-2 weeks to ship, and usually
take 3-5 business days for U.S. and 7-14 business days for
International for arrival. These times are not and cannot be guaranteed.
Note that once an order leaves my hands, I am not responsible for loss or damage.
Orders lost in the mail require a claim to be submitted AND paid via the
postal service before a refund/replacement will be made. Returned items
must be in sellable condition from the buyer. Understand that some
fabrics cannot be replaced/are limited, so replacement items may differ.
I will not offer refunds for "buyers remorse".
I reserve the right to refuse orders or modify my terms and prices at
any time. My items are designed for use by adult collectors and for
personal use only. I am not responsible for staining or damage to dolls
left in items for prolonged periods of time. Dark fabrics stain vinyl
dolls, and as such leaving dolls in dark clothing is at your own risk.
All shop and site content belongs to me unless otherwise stated. All items
are hand made, hand packed and made by me. I do not dropship or offer
wholesale. Items are made after the order is received.
